Certifications                                               

Graduate Master Builder (GMB): The ultimate symbol of a building professional, the GMB designation is recognized as the industry’s top designation developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for builders. To earn this prestigious certification, veteran builders must meet stringent educational guidelines and have a proven record of home building experience.

Certified Graduate Builder (CGB): As one of the top two designations awarded by NAHB, this elite title allows consumers to identify building professionals who have demonstrated a true commitment to excellence. Working with a CGB ensures you are working with an experienced builder dedicated to delivering a quality product.

Certified Green Professional (CGP): The exclusive CGP certification recognizes builders who incorporate green building principles into their homes by using cost effective and affordable options.  Educational requirements for this designation are extensive and include green and sustainable building techniques, and knowledge of energy efficient methods of construction.

Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS): The CAPS designation, administered through NAHB in collaboration with AARP, teaches builders the technical skills, business management, and customer service to meet the unique needs of the older adult population.

Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH): The CAASH designation gives housing professionals serving senior citizens the essential knowledge, tools and skills needed to help them serve this rapidly growing customer base.

ENERGY STAR Partner: As an ENERGY STAR Partner, our homes must meet EPA guidelines for energy efficiency. ENERGY STAR homes are at least 15% more energy efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code, and include additional energy-saving features that make them 20% to 30% more efficient than standard homes.

Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA): The GHBA interacts with local, state and federal governments, area communities and the general public to enhance the business climate for its members, and provide quality obtainable housing to the community it serves.

Texas Association of Home Builders (TAB): The Texas Association of Builders is a non-profit, voluntary trade organization representing all segments of the residential building industry.

National Association of Home Builders (NAHB): The NAHB is a nationwide trade association that helps to promote the policies that make housing a national priority. The NAHB serves its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.

Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR): The Houston Association of REALTORS is an organization of real estate professionals engaged in every aspect of the industry.

Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR): The Texas Association of REALTORS is a state-level organization that strives to empower its members to influence government, promote private property ownership, and exchange ideas and knowledge for the betterment of its members and consumers.

National Association of REALTORS (NAR): The National Association of REALTORS is a nationwide organization whose mission is to act on behalf of the betterment of its members.
